Fill out our inquiry form and our Enrollment Director will contact you.

Visit

Attend a Walk Through the Grades or schedule a private tour of our campus.

Apply

Once your application and fee have been received, we will schedule a meeting with the teacher.

Meet Teacher

In person, by phone, or by zoom, the meeting with the teacher is a great time to determine if SWS will be a great fit for your family and vice versa.

Enroll

Upon teacher recommendation, your child will be offered enrollment. This will entail filling out an enrollment packet and setting up tuition payments.

Tuition for Sweet Pea Nursery, Kindergarten, and The Grades may be paid in full or in automatic scheduled payments on a 10 or 12-month schedule.

Financial Aid is available for Kindergarten and Grades Families. For more information, see Financial Aid.

Fees

New Family Enrollment Fee: $300 per child with $600 max

OR Re-Enrollment Fee: $200 per child with $400 max.

Operations Fee: Nursery $350 per child, no max or K-8th $400 per child, no max.

Our Tuition Model

Full Tuition

Our full tuition amount is consented on by the Board of Trustees in December of each year and announced to the school community in January. This announcement is followed up with our All School Meeting where we discuss the state of the school, tuition, and address any questions.

Sliding Scale Tuition

If full tuition is beyond your budget, the sliding scale provides a basic idea of tuition adjustment. Based on your adjusted gross income, this number accounts for how many children you have as well as income bracket.

Adjusted Tuition

If the tuition amount in the sliding scale is still beyond affordability, you can apply to our Accessible-To-All Program which involves a closer look at your financial situation, concluding with a conversation to find a tuition amount that will work for you and for the school.
